Animal Status Updates
This page provides status updates for animals previously shared by Green Muse Adoptables. Our records include confirmed adoptions, rescue placements, transfers, animals who remain available, and cases where a final outcome has not been publicly confirmed.
We only report an animal as adopted, rescued, or transferred when that outcome has been confirmed by an official shelter, rescue, or receiving organization. A removed listing is never treated as proof of adoption. When official information is unavailable or unclear, the record will remain marked as Confirmation Pending, Outcome Unknown, or No Longer Listed.
Some records may remain incomplete because shelters do not always publish final outcomes. Each entry reflects the most reliable information available to us and is updated when new official information is received.
FoMA Confirmed Adoptions
These adoption outcomes were confirmed through information shared by FoMA or the rescues connected to each case. The tracker includes the confirmation information available for every animal we previously promoted through the FoMA program.
Shelter Pet Status Tracker
This tracker follows the animals we have shared from shelter listings. Some outcomes have been officially confirmed by the shelter, while others remain unknown because the original listing was removed without a public update. Although we hope those animals were adopted, rescued, or safely transferred, we do not assume an outcome without confirmation. Each status reflects only the most reliable information currently available, because clarity and transparency matter in every story we share.
Urgent Animal Status Tracker
Some animals are shared through Green Muse Adoptables’ Stories when their circumstances are time-sensitive and there is not enough time to create a complete profile or adoption card.
This tracker preserves a written record of those animals, including when they were shared, the shelter responsible for their care, any officially published deadline, and the most reliable status information currently available.
A passed deadline, removed listing, rescue commitment, or third-party report is not treated as proof of a final outcome. We only confirm an adoption, rescue placement, transfer, return to owner, or loss when supported by an official shelter, rescue, receiving organization, or government animal-care record. When official information is unavailable, the status remains pending or unknown.
